Regular
domestic cleaning & regular office cleaning:
The minimum service is 2 hours per visit weekly and is subject
to signing an Agreement with Streamline Facility Services
Ltd. For domestic cleaning the Client agrees
to provide cleaning materials and equipment needed, unless other
arrangements have been made with Streamline Facility Services
Ltd. For office cleaning Streamline Facility Services LTD
agrees to provide cleaning materials and equipment needed, unless
other arrangements have been made. The materials will not include
consumables or requests for specialist brand names.
All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order.
If the Client does not have cleaning materials and the
Client asks Streamline Facility Services LTD to
purchase said items on their behalf, the Client understands
that an applicable service charge will be applied.
If a Streamline Facility Services LTD operative needs to collect
keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of
the premises where work is to be carried out then charges may
apply. The Client understands that the price he/she has been
quoted is not for a "package deal" and does not include
anything apart from cleaning.
If any estimates of how long it will take our operatives to
do the job are provided, this is only an estimate based on the
average time it takes to clean a home or office of similar size
to the Clients
In the event of Streamline Facility Services LTD being
required to pay additional sums in respect of its staff by way
of increase in wage rates, compulsory insurance contributions,
Value Added Tax and the like over the amounts being paid by
it at the date of the quotation, Streamline Facility Services
LTD reserves the right to charge an appropriate increase
to the Client. In the event of such an increase Streamline
Facility Services LTD will provide the customer with an
itemized account of such increase with its invoice.
End of Tenancy cleaning: Confirmation and deposit
is required before work commences. Streamline Facility Services LTD reserves the right
to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's
original requirements change. Minimum of 4 hours per cleaning
visit applies. Streamline Facility Services LTD agrees
to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and
equipment needed for the required work, unless other arrangements
have been made with Streamline Facility Services Ltd.

Not included in the cleaning price are: curtains, balconies,
patios, pressure washing, carpet steam cleaning, removing
and putting items back in cupboards/wardrobes/drawers, emptying,
cleaning and putting back books on bookshelves, walls, ceilings,
exterior windows, washing up and cleaning cutlery. All of
the above mentioned services, excluding walls and ceiling
cleaning, are available at an extra charge.
If the Client requires fridge or freezer to be cleaned
he agrees to defrost the fridge/freezer before our cleaner's
arrival. The Client's responsibility is to arrange
parking for our vehicle during the time spent at the Client's
premises. Congestion charge will occur if the Client's property
falls within the London Congestion Charge Zone. If the Client
requires cleaning service after building work has been carried
out recently (service also known as After Builders Cleaning)
it could take double the length of time required for a general
cleaning. The property must be vacated.
One off cleaning: Confirmation and deposit is required
before work commences. Streamline Facility Services LTD reserves the right to
amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original
requirements change.

Carpet cleaning: Confirmation and deposit is required
before work commences. Streamline Facility Services LTD reserves the right to
amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original
requirements change.
If a Streamline Facility Services LTD operative needs
to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal
code of the premises where work is to be carried out then charges
may apply. The Client's agrees to vacuum the carpet before
Streamline Facility Services LTD personnel arrival to
the premises. If the Client has a dog, cat or other hairy
pet animal then an extra £10.00 will be added to the service
price due to the extensive amount of animal hair slowing down
the cleaning process, unless a different arrangement has been
agreed with Streamline Facility Services LTD
All carpet-cleaning prices are subject to £85.00+ Vat
minimum call out charge. The Client's responsibility
is to arrange parking for our vehicle during the time spent
at the Client's premises. Congestion charge will occur
if the Client's property falls within the London Congestion
Charge Zone.
Hard floor cleaning: Confirmation and deposit is required
before work commences. Streamline Facility Services LTD reserves the right to
amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original
requirements change.
If a Streamline Facility Services LTD operative needs
to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal
code of the premises where work is to be carried out then charges
may apply. The Client agrees to clear obstructions before Streamline
Facility Services LTD personnel arrival to the premises.
All floor-cleaning prices are subject to £85.00+ Vat minimum
call out charge. The Client's responsibility is to arrange
parking for our vehicle during the time spent at the Client's
premises. Congestion charge will occur if the Client's
property falls within the London Congestion Charge Zone.
Payment: End of tenancy cleaning, Carpet
cleaning and One Off Cleaning:
Payment to be paid by Cash or Credit Card on the
day. Regular Domestic Cleaning: service cost is £9.00
+ Vat per hour per, we require a Credit Card for payment;
on the 7th day of each month after receipt of your invoice we
will take payment (subject to a signed Agreement). Regular
Office Cleaning: Service cost is subject to contract terms
and payment on receipt of invoice, Cheque, BACS electronic
transfer, Credit Card or Direct Debit will do,
(Not Cash) (subject to a signed Agreement). All outstanding
balances for the services carried out except Regular, Domestic
and Office Cleaning: Payment on receipt of invoice (subject
to a signed Agreement).
The Client agrees and authorizes Streamline Facility
Services LTD to charge any outstanding amounts owed to Streamline
Facility Services LTD with regards to the cleaning service
provided plus parking fees (If any) All Cleaning Services: Payment to be paid by Cash
or Credit Card on the day plus parking fees or Congestion
Charge Zone (If any). All bookings are subjected to a
deposit. The balance will be taken in full from the Credit
Card we hold on file after the cleaning is finished that
day. Deposit will only be refunded if the booking is cancelled
within 24 hours after you placed the booking. The Client
agrees that should Streamline Facility Services LTD
be forced to employ the services of a debt collection agency
or institute legal proceedings in pursuit of payment, the Client
will be liable to pay all costs incurred.
The Client will be responsible for all bank and legal
charges resulting from a Dishonored Cheque. Payments
for Regular Cleaning: Credit Card details from all new clients
must be given when signing up for cleaning services with Streamline
Facility Services Ltd. On the 7th day of each month after
receipt of your invoice we will take payment. All Credit Card
details will be kept safe at all times. In the event of Streamline
Facility Services LTD being required to pay additional sums
in respect of its staff by way of increase in wage rates, compulsory
insurance contributions, Value Added Tax and the like over the
amounts being paid by it at the date of the quotation, Streamline
Facility Services LTD reserves the right to charge an appropriate
increase to the Client. In the event of such an increase
Streamline Facility Services LTD will provide the customer
with an itemized account of such increase with its invoice.
Claims: Streamline Facility Services
LTD has Public and Employer's Liability Insurance. The policy
will cover any accidental damages cost by any personal working
on behalf of Streamline Facility Services Ltd. The Clients
accept and understand that any damages must be reported within
24 hours from the date the cleaning was carried out. Failure
to do so will entitle the Client to nothing. Streamline Facility
Services LTD advises that the Client or a Client's
Representative must be present at the time of completion of
the service so an inspection can be carried out and any corrections
made on side on the same day before operators leave the premises.
In case of damage Streamline Facility Services Ltd. through
its insurance company will repair or replace the item/s if it
agrees that it caused the damage. If the item/s cannot be repaired
Streamline Facility Services LTD will rectify the problem
through its insurance company by crediting the Client
with the item/s if it is proven to be by our personnel. If a
Client is not completely satisfied with the cleaning
services, Streamline Facility Services LTD will re-clean
any areas and item/s before the completion of the service on
the same day. All fragile and highly breakable item/s must be
secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: cash
and jewellery. Streamline Facility Services LTD reserves
the right not to continue with the job if on inspection, it
is found that the material to be cleaned or treated is not suitable
for cleaning or treatment.
Streamline Facility Services LTD also will not continue
with the job if for example water or power is not available
or if there is interference in the work from the Client
or any other person. Clients should appreciate that carpets
often will not have a consistent appearance after cleaning by
reason of differences in wear and tear. Sunlight will sometimes
cause fading in areas of the carpet and cleaning can not rectify
this. Stains are not always visible before dirt is removed and
it may not be possible to remove those stains completely. Streamline
Facility Services LTD will use its best efforts provide
a good result but Clients are asked to be aware of these
limitations which are common to all cleaning operations.
Cancellation: Regular domestic cleaning,
office cleaning: The Client may cancel a cleaning
visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. The Client
may terminate the whole service by giving at least one month
advanced notice prior to the end of term of contract and specifying
the last cleaning date. The Client agrees to pay the
full price of the cleaning visit if the Client cancels
or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled
appointment. The Client agrees to pay the full price
of the cleaning visit in the event of a lock-out caused by our
cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem
with the Client's keys. If keys are provided they must
open the lock without any special efforts or skills. The Client
agrees to pay the full price of one cleaning visit in case of
a termination of the service if the Client has given
less than Two weeks advanced notice.
The Client has the right to terminate the service without
giving two weeks advanced notice but by giving 24 hours advanced
notice before or immediately after the first cleaning visit
only. One-off cleaning: The Client may cancel
the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed
start time. The Client agrees to pay £30.00 + Vat
cancellation fee per cleaner if the Client cancels or
changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled
appointment. The Client agrees to pay £30.00 +
Vat cancellation fee per cleaner in the event of a lock-out
caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let
them in; or problem with the Client's keys. If keys are provided
they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.
End of tenancy cleaning & Carpet cleaning: The Client
may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior
to the agreed start time.
The Client agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation
fee if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less
than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The Client
agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the
event of a lock-out cased by our cleaners being turned away;
no one home to let them in; no water or power available at the
Client's premises; or problem with the Client's
keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any
special efforts or skills. If an initial deposit has been paid
to Streamline Facility Services LTD then the Client
agrees that deposit funds may be used to cover the cancellation
fee.
After cancellation of the cleaning
service: By entering into a service agreement
with Streamline Facility Services LTD, the Client
agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service and
for a period up to 12 months he/she will not hire or use any
cleaner provided to the Client by Streamline Facility
Services Ltd. If the Client does wish to hire or
use cleaning services provided by such a cleaner then he/she
must pay a referral fee of £1,000+ Vat.
By ordering Streamline Facility Services LTD service
by telephone, e-mail, fax or website, the Client agrees
to be bound by Streamline Facility Services LTD terms
and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be governed
by the relevant United Kingdom laws, and by agreeing to be bound
by them the Client agrees to submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom. Streamline
Facility Services LTD reserves the right to make any changes
to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any
prior notice. Please check this website for updates.
