was founded in 1991 with the objective of delivering

as our main chemical provider. Wherever possible we use micro
fibre cloths and flat mops to reduce further our chemical usage.

we must ensure our staff is fully trained in the use of equipment,
products and health and safety issues. We choose our
staff carefully to ensure they have the right approach towards
achieving the high standards that we demand. When staff is fully
trained and operational we manage their progress and make regular
quality control assessments at their workplace.

aspect of the work you are not fully satisfied with, inform

about quality of cleaning work?
Quality
control procedures for domestic cleaning
A written specification
will be left at the premises for the cleaner to follow. We
will email a client satisfaction sheet to you monthly so you
can rate the service. You may email or call us at any time
if you are not fully satisfied with the service and we will
respond and adjust the service level for your next visit if
you are dissatisfied with your regular cleaner we will provide
a new one.
Quality
control procedures for Office cleaning
An inspection
of the site will be made weekly by one of Streamline's Area
Managers while the cleaning operatives are on site and an
inspection report generated monthly and kept on record. This
allows for any deviations from the specification to be rectified
immediately and the high standard of service to be monitored
and maintained. The client is also welcome to email or phone
Streamline's offices at any time to discuss the service or
to make requests and these will be acted upon immediately.
In addition,
a client liaison folder will be placed on site. This folder
includes:
i) A cleaning tick list for the cleaner to complete
(allowing the client to see that the specification is being
adhered to);
ii) A client-operative liaison sheet which allows communication
between the client and the cleaning operative;
We will email on a monthly basis the latest quality audit
and a customer satisfaction sheet, which allow the client
to regularly rate Streamline's performance. Again we will
act immediately on any comments or requests made on the customer
satisfaction sheets. The client can indicate on the sheet
or at any time that they require a management meeting and
we will arrange a meeting at your convenience
